ADA Refactor

Purpose

The ADA Refactor can be used to flip an Enlightened portal to Resistance control. These items are often called "flip cards" because of a message triggered that refers to them as such. An ADA Refactor can be used by either a Resistance or Enlightened agent. If used by an Enlightened agent, Portal ownership is __ ADA __. When used by a Resistance agent ownership is given to that agent including all resonators and mods. After use by either faction, all links to the portal are broken.

Notes

• As of Scanner Update 1.39.2 the Portal cooldown is now one hour.
• When using a JARVIS Virus or ADA Refactor, the Agent does not get any AP. This includes AP for breaking links. 
• Enlightened Use Case - breaking blocking links.
